daath.net was purchased on 14 October 2008 Monday, and almost immediately after was switched over as the main domain under replica's current hosting package on jaguarpc.com. shadowchasing.net was then set-up as an add-on domain, currently redirecting everything to daath.net. daath.net was bought on a whim, merely for wanting something much shorter to type and for something tales of the abyss related.

shadowchasing.net was ordered on 10 January 2006 Tuesday. it propogated on 22 January 2006 Sunday, and officially opened the next day. it was born after replica was forced to give up her previous site, interstellar-dreams.net, thanks to idiotic hosting at E-Starr. shadowchasing.net was purchased from JaguarPC, the Giga X5 deal, paid annually. the name of the domain has no meaning to her; she picked it out on a whim after the name she wanted, elysion.net, was taken.

as for isdNET, it was ordered in October 2003 and was propagated October 26, 2003. It opened the next day on the 27th and has been open ever since, though in May 2004 it went on a hiatus that didn't end until September of the same year. the domain was ordered from E-Starr.com, the simple 150MB hosting package bought. due to a mix-up on E-Starr's part in October 2004, replica ended up with a promotional reseller plan that got her 1000MB for $10.00 dollars a month. however, replica has had so many problems with lack of support from them lately that she wouldn't recommend them to anyone. there are a lot better hosts out there.

yet before even isdNET, the site was hosted at satori.lunarstarr.com, though it still went by interstellar-dreams.net (replica knew she'd get the domain someday). however, at the very beginning of it all, the site was named Envious, and was located at angelfire.com. it was a wee bit of a thing then, just five itty-bitty links and no other sites to speak of. amazing how far it has evolved.

Site

as for the site itself, it started out being rather something of a personal nature. Envious basically had some personal information, and then a link to replica's original blog, Pure Jealousy. there really wasn't anything else to it. when it was at satori.lunarstarr.com it started to expand to include avatars, and a tutorial on how to make them. then it stayed that way for quite a long while. it wasn't until she moved over to her own domain that she added other stuff, though most of that other stuff moved on to their own websites <3

so now the site's kind of smaller again, except that it has a bunch of other networked sites and is affiliated with her final fantasy x domain, zanarkand-fayth.com (even if the domain is expired atm). it's also lost some of its stuff through moves, simply because replica never got around to re-uploading it and organizing the pages for them. she figures it doesn't matter anyways.
